Q&A: add to cart facebook pixel event does not work in my prestashop

Hello.

I have a problem with a module that I just buy, it is "Fb conversion tracking pixel". Downloaded and installed ok, but when I check the Facebook Pixel Helper, it seems that the event pixels don´t work. Here the copy-paste:

Thank you for choosing my Facebook Pixel module that adds fully event tracking to shops based on PrestaShop. Regarding to your problem:

"Add to cart" and "add to wishlist"events are dynamic events. This means that these events are fired once you will hit special button (like add to cart button / add to wishlist button). Below you can read what facebook says about "dynamic events"

Pixel Did Not Load

This error means that the Pixel Helper found what looks to be Facebook pixel code on your site, but the actual HTTP call was never made.

This could typically due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event (e.g. on a button click).
In that case, the error will disappear upon clicking on the button.

If you're just viewing the page
It's normal that facebook helper informs that these pixels were not loaded properly, because with simple page view you dont add products to cart or to wishlist.

So, as facebook pixel's documentation says: you just have to press button that adds product to cart, or add products to wishlist - then these notificaitons about error will disappear.
