Q&A: html box module does not work properly in PrestaShop 1.6.1.9

Before, few years we had bought your module - HTML Box Pro - but on current version of PrestaShop - 1.6.1.9 it didnt work properly. We cant open blocks edit page, we cant see the blocks created in the hooks etc. Can you tell us how to upgrade the module to the new version? Does the new version fix the problem we have?

PrestaShop 1.6.1.9 changed the way of how the prestashop generates rich text editor. In 1.6.1.9 we can find also several improvements related to "save" products etc. Because of this it was necessary to develop new version of the module to support these changes. Html box pro from version 2.8.3 fully supports PS 1.6.1.9 and also brand new PS 1.7.x

As a customer you can download free upgrades of the module for one year.
To download upgrade please log in to your customer account, and open "my orders" page: http://mypresta.eu/my-account/orders/
Download module there in the same way as you downloaded it first time. You will download there always recently released version of the module.

To update html box pro just:

- download new version

- upload it to your online store

- reinstall the module (reinstallation is necessary due to the new features available in the module)
