hello Jorge,

The most important thing in UE cookies module is fact - that it requires configuration. This sounds obvious.

By default this module adds necessary libraries and its code to hook called "displayFooter". Some of themes (especially not default templates) do not have this hook. Because of this - it is necessary to assign module to different hook.

Please go to module configuration page, you will see there option:

Try to use various settings (for example include library to header) and save changes.

then verify if cookie notification appears properly. It should.
