Q&A: Files upload - ulpoad files before order

PrestaShop user question

I'm user of files upload module for prestashop. If a customer, logged in or not sends a file via a product page, I do not receive it and don't receive any notification.Can you please help me with this issue. So if a customer sends a file before his order to let me check it, I won't be able to see it until he validates his order?

files uploaded to products are visible only after order of product (not before)
from what you say - everything is okay

In this case your customers can upload files to section:

files uploaded there are independent from order process
