Q&A: how to send gift card to friend in PrestaShop ?

It is possible to send a single time the gift card to the friend? If you can tell me how to proceed?

Hello,
If you reffer to gift card module from mypresta store, it is possible.
Okay, so, let's say that you configured the addon: 
- you created a gift card product 
- associated this gift card product with gift in the module 
- defined voucher code settings

this is how it will work if you're a customer: 

• you go to shop and put gift card to the cart
• finalize the order
• as a customer you will receive an information about gift card (info that you bought gift card)
• now from section "my gifts" (its available under "my account") you can decide who will get it
• there you can fill out form - set the name of your friend, friend's email, some wishes
• you can press "send" button and module will do the rest
• your friend will receive dedicated gift card
