Q&A: Upload form in shopping cart

Hi Milos.

The module order files upload, no show me in the shoppingcart yet.

I get 2.3.4 version and I did all you say me but don’t show.

Others modules show in the shoppingcart without problems.

any solution??

Hello,

Firstly it is necessary to verify if module is associated with displayShoppingCart hook (in prestashop hooks are positions where we can display modules)

To verify this, please:

1. go to modules > positions
2. search there for displayShoppingCart
3. is customer files upload module associated with this position? screenshot with associated module:
   
4. If it isn't - please associate it with this hook.

Another thing to check Is option "display upload form in shopping cart". Is it enabled? Sreenshot for reference:

also it is worth to update it (module) to latest version, this time: 2.3.8
