Disable 'ecommerce software by prestashop" in PrestaShop 1.7

Disable "ecommerce software by prestashop"

Hi, I am new to the forum (first message) but your posts have helped me a lot - thanks!
I recently installed Prestashop 1.7 and I can't find which file contains the text "Ecommerce software by Prestashop".
In 1.6 you could manage/remove the text in the cms block, but in 1.7 this seems to be ps_customtext and doesn't seem to manage the text I'm looking for anymore.
Could you tell me where/how to do this in 1.7?

In classic theme (prestashop 1.7) it is necessary to alter theme file.

please go to: /themes/classic/templates/_partials/footer.tpl and remove / edit this code:
