related products problem with visibility in PrestaShop

Today I ordered the Related Products Pro module. Unfortunately it's not working...

The installation was successful, but the module doesn't appear on the
product page.

I tested it with specific related products, for this product page. Turning off the standard slidewhow Productcategory with the 30 recommended procucts, didn't work. Also changements in the global settings (like changing template from the module or theme) didn't work.

Related products blocks and tabs - possible problems with visibility

hello

if you changed settings of other things (like disabled default productscategory module) and if you dont see changes - this means that you probably see cached version of the shop.

if you use ANY caching module (like page cache, express cache etc.) - clear cache there.

if your host use some kind of caching - clear it too.

1. on module configuration you can find options to define (please make sure that these settings are defined)
   1. MAX number of blocks to show (for test purposes please do not leave it empty and use there for example '10' value)
   2. define the type of tabs your theme uses
   3. if you want to turn on carousell and if your theme does not have "lightslider" library, enable it.
2. The other thing is related to settings of blocks / tab you created with the module
   1. while you're on product edit page, there where you define "related products", do you see list of blocks / tabs ? (screenshot for reference below) - if you dont see any block / tab this means that with this product does not have any kind of tab / block
      
   2. if you've got blocks / tabs - are these blocks / tabs enabled ? (screenshot for reference below)
      
3. And the last thing: you downloaded version of the module dedicated to your prestashop version? on https://mypresta.eu/my-account/orders/ you can download two versions, one for 1.7.x, second for 1.6.x and 1.5.x
