I bought your fb fan module for Prestashop 1.6 some 1 week ago. Nor me or my customers cant get it to work though. It always says that it has already been used. Can you help me figure out what is wrong?

Problem with voucher configuration in fan coupon module

its probably related to voucher code settings,
i will describe below most common problem with configuration

Coupon settings available on module configuration page are related to ONE unique coupon that module will generate. For example,module generated unique code: QWERTY. This is voucher code. This voucher code will have settings defined on module configuration page. it means that QWERTY coupon will have:
Total available: 9999 (this setting you had)
Total available for each user: 1
(it means that this coupon can be used 9999 times, and 1 time by one user)
it's better to use: total av: 1
total av for each user: 1
(these settings mean that this coupon can be used 1 time, and 1 time by one user. )
if you will use total available as 9999 prestashop will try to generate 9999 coupons for user, it can generate some memory leak due to huge number of codes.
if you will use total available as 0 or empty (empty is equal to 0) - prestashop will generate this coupon and it will be available to use it 0 times. So customer will be able to use it 0 times too. This means that prestashop will spawn information that voucher expired, or voucher doesnt exist.
Please verify settings and if necessary reconfigure the module.
Please note that coupon codes that were generated in the past will have old settings, new settings will be applicable to new codes only!
