Facebook connect addon - dispaly on login page

i've got a question about facebook login module from mypresta website

2) Is it possible to get it to show up there where we create an accoun / login to the shop?
3) What kind of information does it gather from Facebook?

1) this is "authentication" page and in prestashop 1.6.x there is no hook to put modules there. In this case its necessary to follow this guide:

2) module creates account of customer based on:
- email used in facebook
- name
- lastname
other details like address must be filled by customer manually during order (facebook does not have this kind of data)
