Html box usage in custom OrderConfirmation hook

I have just bought HTML Box Pro and I can't use it in the hook I specially bought it for. I need to attach it to OrderConfirmation2 hook and I can't do it. How can I solve that problem? Thanks in advance

the hook you mentioned is not default hook, it looks like you customized the theme or bought template that uses this non-default hook. But that is not a problem, html box pro can work with custom hooks. All you have to do is add a hook on module configuration page.

1) open module configuration page
2) on the left hand side column you can find section "custom hooks" where you can add support of non-default hooks.
3) put there "OrderConfirmation2" and hit "add hook" like i show here: 
4) enable the hook and create new blocks inside this hook

after this you should be able to create blocks in this new hook, and all of these blocks should be visible during your order process.
