My seo redirect does not work in PrestaShop

Hello, 

this is another support ticket, i buy the module Seo-Redirect for prestashop, because by mistake i delete a producto then i create the same product but have a different ID, and i was thinking to use your module to redirect google search to the new one, but is not working, just redirect to the homepage, have any tip? or idea?

there are 4 possibilities

1) overrides are disabled so in effect redirect cant be initiated. In this case it is necessary to enable the overrides. Details here:  https://mypresta.eu/documentation/global-resources/disabled-overrides-module-does-not-work.html

2) during installation of seo redirect module you saw an information that it cant be installed properly due to the fact that you already uses some overrides of FrontController. In this case it will be necessary to merge these overrides manually and of course i can do this

3) redirect does not work because of some typos in the urls you used during configuration of redirection rule, its worth to check if these urls are proper

4) you use or used some other redirect module previously, in effect you've got old overrides and they are spawned first (before the seo 301 redirect module you bought)
