Newsletter subscription event - how to track event to facebook (pixel) ?

Hi Vekia, 

I want to use facebook ads to build a newsletter list. I have seen your module: Prestashop Fb conversion tracking pixel I need to track when people write their email and clic in suscribe button (in a newsletter form in a landing page). I do not see the option to track a button action ...Can this module track this types of actions? (not interested in complete registration, just newsletter)

Facebook Pixel - Tracking of non-default events

by default this module does not support this kind of event.

Its not a default event so it will be necessary to customize the module to send events if someone will register to newsletter.

I think that it should be necessary to do it after someone will subscribe to newsletter (after page refresh) - not while someone will try to do it.

It is because when someone who already registered to newsletter will try to do it again tracking will be send to fb. And we - i suppose so - want to avoid it

so, simply saying,it is possible but requires customization and the way of how to apply this kind of feature depends on context (module used to build subscription feature).

I can provide this kind of modification as a part of module support :-)
