I dont see proper open graph tags in my PrestaShop

Hi! I just bought the open graph module so that I could change picture showing when I share my homepage. But it is still showing the logo also. How can I change that? Best Regards

How to identify problem with open graph tags

there are 2 possibilities, i will describe them below.

1. First - the most common caseFacebook uses "cache" for open graph tags. If you recently shared your page on facebook timeline - facebook scrapped your website and cached tags you had there while you shared page on timeline. Now when you try to share it again facebook uses previously cached tags even if your page has new open graph tags. Facebook from time to time updates cache, so changes will be visible soon. You can clear cache manually with "open graph debugger": https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
   • open debugger website
   • select "sharing debugger" from available options
   • paste url to page that you want to check (refresh tags) and hit debug button:
     
   • on the next page facebook will show you current cached open graph tags with exmaple of "preview". There is also information of "time scraped" - this informs about when facebook cached the tags. To refresh tags hit on "scrape again" button.
     
   • feature "scrape again" with refresh tags and you will see current open graph tags.
     
     
2. Second case
   if you refreshed open graph tags and if you still don't see correct tags you defined in the module - this means that your website probably uses other module that includes open graph tags. In this case it is necessary to identify the module / feature and disable it.
