The, "Prestashop Cash on delivery with fee" module. Allows to establish a purchase amount where the fee will not apply? Thank You.

Hello,

yes, you can define minimal and maximal value of order where module will apply the cod fee.

for exmaple, 

1. you can set it up to add fee only if order value will be higher than €200
2. you can set it up to add fee only if order value will worth less than €1000
3. or combine both rules :)
