Prestashop Gift Cards - sell voucher codes supports a feature in which I can customize an email in which the code of a voucher is sent + if it is possible to create a "card with the number of the voucher in" which is sent in that email for being able to download it and print it.

Below i add some infomations that can be helpful in context of your question.- Each instance of gift card product can be associated with own email template: https://i.imgur.com/YnjkVZx.png
- You can create as much email templates as you want: https://i.imgur.com/USObRyh.png (then you will be able to select it during configuration of gift card)
- Each mail template can be personalized with prestashop's tool "email translations" available under localization > translations section: https://i.imgur.com/7K4h4Uy.png (you can alter there not only translations but also structure / design of the email template)
so, based on these 3 points i can confirm: yes! you can customize the email.
+ if it is possible to create a "card with the number of the voucher in" which is sent in that email for being able to download it and print it.
i confirm that you can create .pdf file (that will be attached to message as a link to .pdf file). Customer will have possiblity to download own unique gift card .pdf file.
- each instance of gift card product can be associated with own pdf template
- you can create as much pdf templates as you want
- link to pdf file can be included to email with usage of variable {pdf_link}
