limit specific quantity of product per purchase

Hi, We need a module to limit specific product per customer. For example PlayStation4, only 1 is allowed per customer

There are two modules that offers such feature:

1. maximum product quantity
   Module controls add to cart process and allows to add to cart product (if limit is not reached) or not (if customer reached limit). These maximum quantity limits can be associated with customer groups (for example group "customer" has limit, while group "wholesaler" does not have any limit)
   
2. Cart conditions pro
   Module allows to define many additional purchase conditions. It offers a condition where you can define maximum allowed quantity of product for groups of customers.
   Module does not control the "add to cart" process like "maximum product quantity" but it controls the purchase process. If customer is trying to place an order and if limit is reached - it will be not possible to place an order in shop (module will inform that cart has some conditions that does not allow to continue purchase process)
