Messenger chat for prestashop

Regarding The Facebook messenger chat :
1. it support multi-user or clients in same time?
2. the client must have a FB account?

1. It is a standard messenger chat, this means that you as a fanpage owner can chat with many users at the same time
2. To use chat as a customer you must have at least messenger chat account (messenger can work independently from facebook)
