Product page combinations to not refresh the url while attribute change in PrestaShop

Hi, i'm stuck between purchasing Prestashop Product page combinations table and Prestashop Product list attributes (combinations), I'm trying to achieve something like this https://www.seedsman.com/en/blue-dream-feminised-seeds where the drop down doesn't change the URL in 1.7 Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

welcome after weekend.

The url you shared is an url of product page, so in your case module "product list attributes" is useless because it is not applicable for product pages (only to list of products like search results, category pages etc.)

In your case - definitely - module "product page combinations tab" will do the job.
