Show popup for visitors from selected country / location "Canary Islands"

For the display of popup by country. Is that for visitors before login right? So it will take the users IP address? Can we discriminate between mainland Spain and the Canary Islands? PLease reply asap. Many thanks.

option that identify user country is based on "geolocation". It is the same option as option available in prestashop under:
in prestashop 1.6: preferences > geolocation
in prestashop 1.7: international > localization > geolocation
Check list of countries there, if you will see there 'canary islands' - you will be able to define such visibility condition on popup module confiuration page too.
