Hi, concerning the "Pay By Phone Pro" module. 1 / in the folder paybyphone> mails> , I put a folder "fr". How to make the files in this folder sent to the client 2 /the font of " instructions" received by the client by email is too big, how to reduce?

PrestaShop while it sends emails, it selects the files automatically based on: language used by customer during checkout

- If you use english language during checkout, prestashop will use files from /mals/en/ directory

- If you use german language during checkout, prestashop will use files /mails/de/ directory

- If you use french language during checkout, prestashop will use files /mails/fr/ directory

PrestaShop stores modules' email templates in a two locations:

- original module directory: /modules/module-name/mails/

- theme directory: /your-theme/modules/module-name/mails/

if second directory will exist - prestashop will use files only from this directory

So, in your case:

If theme directory exists: /your-theme/modules/module-name/mails/ - move your /fr/ directory there. And in future apply modifications only to files from this directory

You can use rich text editor that is included to the module to personalize instructions. You can change there font color, size etc.
