How to use minimal order by manufacturer module ?

 i purchased minimal order value by brand but i do not know how to use it. Can you help?

as i suppose you reffer to "Minimal order value by manufacturer" - the module you purchased on 18-05-2021.
this module creates a special section in shop's menu: 

there you can create and manage existing conditions that module will apply to cart.
during creation process of condition you point an ID number of manufacturer and minimal value of purchase: 

if you wonder how to get ID of manufacturer - you can find it on list of manufacturers in shop's back office (catalog > brands & suppliers) as i show on screenshot:
