Delete all orders and carts from prestashop

 

Hello, I would like to know if your module "Delete Orders Pro" provides the possibility to delete all carts and orders. Thanks. Best regards

Module "delete orders" with combination of our free "database optimization" can work as you expect.
"delete orders pro" module removes orders and all associated datas (like cart, invoice etc.).
"database optimization" module removes not used carts.
 
To remove all orders with all associated datas (carts, history etc.) you can use one from several possible deletion methods.

• bulk delete option where you just point all orders (by clicking "check all"): https://i.imgur.com/m6mP1mf.png 
• delete by date (to remove all orders just point some ancient "date from" value like 1999-01-01): https://i.imgur.com/Rb0A1f4.png in effect all orders will be removed
• delete by days (to remove all orders just remove orders from last "99999" days for example): https://i.imgur.com/TXnMXe5.png 

after module usage you will empty shop's database from orders and all associated datas like - in your context of expectactions - carts
 
 
To remove all carts that were not associated with any order you can use our free plugin:  https://mypresta.eu/modules/administration-tools/database-optimization.html 
it has option to remove all carts that were not used to create order (so in this case all carts that previous module not removed), screenshot for reference: https://i.imgur.com/rUUCMcN.png 
 
in effect you will empty shop's database from all orders and all carts.
