Allow to order "out of stock" product for selected groups of customers only

Hello, The general setting of my prestashop store "Allow ordering of out of stock products" is set to no. I am looking for a module that would allow me to authorize the ordering of specific products or variations out of stock for my "BtoB" customer group. Does your module offer this functionality? i reffer to this module: access to products

Hello,
as i understand you expect to allow some selected group(s) to order out of stock products.
with our modue it can work like this. Firstly you will have to set "allow order of out of stock products" to "yes".
then on module configuration page under section "Activate module for out of stock products" you have to activate this feature: 

groups of customers that you will point there will not have possibility to purchase "out of stock" products. 
 
so - in your case - you will have to point there all groups except "BtoB" customer group :)
